How do you use inspiration photos and mood boards? 
Each cake is uniquely created and interpreted through our own design lens. While your mood board serves as inspiration for color, texture, and overall style, we do not recreate exact replicas. We thoughtfully reference your inspiration while respecting the original work of fellow cake artists, ensuring your cake feels personal, elevated, and one of a kind.
 

How far in advance should we book? 
For weddings, we recommend inquiring 6–9 months in advance to ensure availability. Milestone celebrations are best booked 1–2 months ahead. While early planning is encouraged, you’re always welcome to reach out for shorter timelines, as select dates may open closer to the event, subject to availability.
 

What are your order minimums?
Final pricing is determined by your cake size and design scope. Delivery is quoted separately based on location and setup needs.

Weddings

Milestone celebrations
· $350 (birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, anniversary, graduation etc.)

What is the process of ordering a wedding cake? 
A 50% retainer is required to book, with the remaining balance and any final adjustments due three weeks prior to your event.

Great cakes begin with great details. Once your date, venue, and general design direction are confirmed, please complete our inquiry form and share your inspiration. These details help us create a thoughtful design direction and accurate estimate. We’ll follow up by email with next steps, including scheduling a design meeting and tasting.
 

Do you offer tastings? 
Yes! Tasting appointments with Melanie are available Tuesday–Thursday from 10 AM–2 PM at our studio by appointment. Fridays and weekends are typically reserved for production and wedding deliveries, though occasional availability may open. A tasting pickup option is also available.

During your one-hour consultation, you’ll enjoy a curated tasting of our signature cake flavors while we discuss the vision and details of your celebration and review design inspiration together.

Tastings include four cake flavors of your choice for $75, with the option to add additional flavors for $15 each. Portions serve up to three guests, and any remaining cake will be packaged for you to take home.
 

Is the ordering process the same for milestone celebration cakes?
Yes! Once your date and general design direction are confirmed, please complete our inquiry form to get started. Milestone cakes are thoughtfully designed based on your vision, guest count, and event details, with estimates provided by email.

A 50% retainer is required to reserve the date, with final details confirmed three weeks prior to the event. Delivery and on-site setup are required for multi-tier cakes.
 

How do cake sizes and servings work? 
Cake size is determined by your guest count and the overall design direction. We’ll guide you through serving sizes and tier options to ensure there’s plenty for your celebration, while keeping proportions and presentation in mind. Kitchen cakes may be added for additional servings when needed.
 

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Many of our flavors can be made gluten-friendly upon request. Unfortunately, we do not offer vegan, keto, or sugar-free.
NOTE: While some of our cakes are made without nuts, our kitchen is not a nut-free facility. We take every precaution to minimize cross-contact, our cakes are prepared in a space where nuts are present, and trace amounts may occur. Please reach out with any allergy concerns prior to placing an order. 
 

Are delivery and setup included? 
Yes. Delivery includes on-site setup and styling. All cakes are personally delivered and thoughtfully styled by our team to ensure a seamless presentation on the day of your event. Delivery fees are quoted separately based on location and setup needs.
