PRICES
start from a minimum of $540 for weddings for a 2-tier cake that serves 36; for celebrations $360 for a single or 2 tier cake that serves 24.
The final price will depend on the number of tiers, the size of the tiers, and the level of complexity in making the sugar/buttercream flowers and decorations. If you have a smaller party, you can have just one or two tiers of cake and replace the rest with dummies. Sizes are fully customizable, so feel free to email me with your requirements and I'll be happy to suggest suitable options.

TASTINGS
are held once every two months and available for a fee. Please contact us to ask about the next available date.
DESIGNS
DECORATIONS
are all made by hand. Sugar flowers are made from buttercream or a sugar-and-gum medium called gumpaste, while other details such as tiles, wraps, textural and sculptural elements are made from fondant and edible wafer paper. The use of fresh flowers are welcome, but our preference is to work with edible-food safe mediums.
CONSULTATIONS
at my home studio can be arranged on weekdays between 10am and 2pm and most Saturdays. Or if you're tight on time, we can run through all the details entirely via email.
