Creating your wedding cake is a collaborative and personalized experience. I’ll listen to your ideas, understand your vision, and bring it to life with care and creativity. Your input shapes every detail, making your cake a unique and meaningful centerpiece for your celebration. Together, we’ll craft something truly special that you’ll always remember.

Having this information ready allows us to start dreaming big for you from the very beginning. If you’re missing a few details, no worries! Feel free to share invitations, images, or inspirations for your design. Include details like your theme, colors, venue, or anything else that sparks creativity. If you love a design from our portfolio, let us know!

Please note that cake sketches and revisions are at our discretion. Gallery and portfolio designs are provided as inspiration, and some past designs may no longer be available due to factors such as season, size, date, and order minimums. If you plan to incorporate fresh flowers into your cake, we recommend meeting with your florist first.​​​​​​
BOOKING DETAILS​
​
To secure your event date, a 50% retainer fee and a signed cake contract are required. The final balance and any change requests must be completed one month before the event. For orders placed within one month of the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Kindly note, the 50% retainer fee secures your event date and covers initial planning, design sketches, and revisions. It also includes sourcing specialty materials and ingredients. This fee is non-refundable as it accounts for the time and resources dedicated to your order from the start.

Your tasting is a delicious and creative experience! We'll dive into your chosen flavors, chat about your cake vision, and fine-tune all the details to ensure your cake is the perfect centerpiece for your celebration. From servings to design inspiration to those special little touches, we’ll go over everything to bring your dream cake to life.

CAKE PRICING ​

All our cakes are thoughtfully designed and fully customized, so we do not have a set price list. Pricing varies based on size, design complexity, and intricate details such as sugar flowers.

For weddings with additional desserts, we recommend the "petite" slice as a good guide for cake size.​

The servings guide is only an estimate. Actual servings may vary based on how the venue serves or slices the cake. For standard cake servings, it’s generally a good idea to order for 75% to 85% of your guest count, as some guests may not partake in sweets.​

DELIVERY + SETUP​
​
On the day of your event, we carefully transport and set up your cake to ensure it looks flawless upon arrival. Delivery is available Thursday through Sunday within Southern California, with weekend service for select counties.

Delivery Timing: We coordinate with your venue or planner to schedule the best delivery window.

Setup: If required, we will assemble tiered cakes on-site and add final decorative elements.

Fees: Delivery fees vary by location, with a $100 minimum order required for delivery.

Cake Stands: If renting a stand, it must be returned within the agreed timeframe.
We handle every detail to ensure a seamless experience—so you can focus on enjoying your celebration!

CAKE STANDS FOR HIRE​
​
We offer a limited selection of cake stands for hire, with prices varying based on size. A security deposit is required. If you don’t see something you like in our collection, I’d be happy to source a stand for you with the option to keep as a special keepsake, and the cost added to your invoice.

Security deposit: $100
Hire fee: $25-$50 per cake stand, depending on size and style.

Cake stands must be returned within 72 hours of your event, as we do not offer a strike service. Your security deposit will be refunded once the stands are returned in their original, clean condition. Please note that a late fee of $25 per day will be deducted from the deposit for each day the stand is not returned, potentially resulting in the forfeit of your deposit.​​ Unfortunately, we do not offer desserts platters for hire, so we typically do not set up dessert tables for our clients. However, if you have your own dessert ware, we’d be happy to arrange the table for you.

​​​​01. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE AN ORDER?
​
As early as possible! Our calendar fills up quickly, so we recommend reaching out at least 6 months to 1 year before your wedding date to check availability.

03. CAN MY FLORIST DECORATE MY CAKE?
​​
For food safety and quality assurance, I personally handle the final decoration of your cake. The finishing touches are an essential part of the design, and I take great care to ensure they are beautifully executed. I highly recommend buttercream florals or handcrafted sugar flowers for a seamless and food-safe design. However, if you’d like to incorporate fresh flowers, I’m happy to collaborate with your florist—florals can be provided in advance, and I will carefully arrange them to complement your overall vision.

04. DO YOU MAKE SUGAR FREE, NUT FREE, VEGAN OR GLUTEN FREE?
​
At this time, we’re unable to accommodate special dietary requests, but we’re happy to recommend local bakeries that can! While some of our cake flavors don’t contain nuts, we do work in a kitchen that handles nuts and other allergens, so we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we want to ensure you find the perfect cake for your needs!

We offer tastings by appointment, either in person or as a pickup option from our location in La Cañada Flintridge, CA, within Los Angeles County.
