We're here to collaborate with you, ensuring that your cake design is not only visually stunning but also captures the essence of your love story.

Let's get started! Simply share the date, location, estimated guest count, and any other details for your special day. To kick off the process, secure your date with a deposit! Once that's done, your next step—the tasting—is on us!

If you need more time to decide if Sweet Pea is the right cake vendor for you, no worries! We're happy to begin with a paid tasting.

is based on the number of tiers, cake size, and the level of complexity in making the sugar/buttercream flowers and decorations. If you have a smaller party, you can have just one or two tiers of cake and replace the rest with dummies.

DELIVERY

We take care of setting up and styling flowers and botanicals on the cake as part of our delivery service. We prefer managing these final touches ourselves to ensure they harmonize perfectly with our design vision! Please note that an extra fee will apply for dessert table setup.

Delivery fees range from $50 to $250, varying based on distance and location. For specific pricing details, please reach out to us directly.

TASTING

Cake-tasting sessions are available by appointment only.

Tastings range from $100 to $150 for a selection of 4 mini cakes of your choices or our full menu. Should you choose to book with Sweet Pea, you'll receive a credit of $25 or $75 applied towards your final cake balance. Each mini is 3" round and serves 1-2 guests each.

To secure your spot for weekend tastings, we recommend connecting with us at least three weeks in advance. If meeting in person isn't feasible, we can arrange a tasting for pickup, and follow up via zoom or email.

As we don't operate as a traditional retail storefront, all our offerings are prepared upon request, necessitating advance notice.

DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN, SUGAR FREE, NUT FREE?

Our cakes are crafted using real dairy, sugar, eggs, and wheat flour. While we take precautions to keep ingredients separate in our kitchen where nuts are used, there is a possibility of traces of nuts in our cakes.

It's essential for clients to inform their guests about potential allergens. SweetPea Cakery LA cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our products by guests.

Once we receive your preferred date for your tasting, we'll send an invoice and flavors' questionnaire to confirm your booking.

We provide delivery services across the greater Los Angeles area from La Cañada Flintridge, CA 91011.

The cost for delivery depends on size of cake, distance and location from La Canada Flintridge, CA 91011. Delivery ranges from $50-$250, please contact us for a quote.

Delivery is complimentary within La Cañada, CA 91011,

To secure your order and date, a 50% retainer is required, with the remaining 50% due one month before your event. Your order will be confirmed upon receipt of your signed contract (if applicable) and the 50% retainer. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, Venmo, or Zelle. For cake orders placed with less than one month's notice, full payment is required. These payments are non-refundable.
