Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation or postponement, we will do our best to reschedule you for a future date, though availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. For cancellations made within one week of your tasting date, you may choose to use the payment as store credit towards an available tasting date or receive a 50% refund of the total cost. For cancellations made three days or less before your scheduled time, payments are nonrefundable but can be used as store credit. Store credit is valid for six months from the date of your cancellation or postponement.
